Anyone who knows me knows I totally dig fun kitchen utensils, namely Pampered Chef.
Seriously. Check this out. It's a pineapple corer - you know, like an apple slicer, but for pineapple. Try to deny that it's the coolest thing you've seen lately (I didn't say "ever").
Super yummy pineapple, too, as it turns out.

Isn't that the coolest Pineapple Wedger!! :) It happens to be my fav as well!! ;) Did you know you can take the apple wedger over the top of the cored pineapple and it will cut it into smaller wedges!! :) Very cool!!
